We went here today for the free sandwich after the jazz scored over 111 points last night. Not only do we love this deal, but the worker at the Kaysville drive threw was so fun, kind, and excited to see us when she didn’t have to be. It made our day. View all feedback.
What Michael Scarn doesn't like about Arby's:
Showed up at 9 pm earlier this week (an hour before closing time) and all the outside lights were off, including the menus in the drive through. Had to wait at least a full minute for someone to acknowledge me before ordering even though I was the onlyperson in the drive thru. To top it off the staff was very apathetic and I cannot in good conscience recommend this location. View all feedback.
The food here is typical fast food, and while the shakes are absolutely amazing, the overall experience doesn't feel like fast food at all. Expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes. It’s frustrating that they only offer drive-thru service, which leads to an incredibly long line. They really need to open the lobby to reduce wait times. The staff can only do so much under these circumstances. Management or ownership is definitely dropping the ball. Plus, it’s ridiculous to run out of whipped cream for the shakes and only let customers know after they’ve already paid.
I visited this restaurant earlier this week at 9 PM, just an hour before closing, and noticed that all the outside lights were off, including the menus in the drive-thru. I had to wait about a minute for someone to acknowledge my presence, despite being the only customer there. To make matters worse, the staff seemed very indifferent. I can't in good faith recommend this location.
I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, and just as it was my turn, they turned off the ordering board and announced they were closing early due to a staff shortage. There was nobody behind me in line, so it seems they couldn't take even one more order. I'm really frustrated with employees making decisions that affect the owners of fast-food restaurants. I'm sure the owner would be unhappy to know that employees are closing up before their scheduled hours just because they want to leave early. This location has lost our business for good, and I will do my best to warn others about the poor service here!
Holy S ! 45min to complete an order which consisted of two number 11s, a number 10, and a number 12, with two orders of fries, no drinks. First off they misunderstand me when I say “No fries one of the number 11s” and they think I said I didn’t want the bread. How the hell does “No fries…” equate to no bread for a sandwich? Anyway, DON’T come here. If you value your time and patience, DON’T come here. However, if you choose to come here, perhaps you can end up getting a free meal…after 45min. SMDH
Food is good, people are nice. But good luck getting anything extra you ask for (sauce, napkins, straws, etc. I asked for arby's sauce 3 separate times during my drive- through experience, and was asked to remind them at the window as well. Still received no sauce even though my food was handed to me less than 20 seconds after my 3rd time asking for it.
