Many of these reviews are outdated, as they were written before the devastating fire and the construction of the new restaurants. Recently, I found the restaurant to be very clean, with polite and attentive staff. The service was fast, and I didn't encounter any negative experiences. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about North Point Lounge:
the second time they get food again. in no case happy. the first time that we were immersed, it took us to eat and it wasn't the biggest. the sitting design was too well thought out every time someone went into and out of the men's room, you could see everything that's going on in there. at the second time, my fiancée ordered food for the collection. Been awhile since I have been in there due to a drunken waitress. But went in there the other day. 7/14/14 seemed to have gotten rid of the trash. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The cook was friendly and seemed to be looking as to enjoying her job. Playing her music. : the food was great! Steak sandwich and a cheeseburger. Wasn't over cooked made just right! Will definitely be coming back again to have my old favorites!

Friday March 8Th, 2013, We had great fish, but our service from our waitress was not to great, took our order and brought us our food and drinks but then really did not see her after that had to get a young lady behind the bar to get us our bill and take our plates away, she said she was sorry for the service, told us to fill out a comment card but I told her y bother have done it before on the same older waitress and she still is not very nice. Other then that food was great that night!
Agree with you Mr. Yurgaites on your comment, we had that same waitress this past Sunday on the 17th of Feb, smelling of booze and looking it, and get that smell out of there!
Clean it up and get the smell out of there! Some nice waitress's a couple not especially the older lady with the ball cap on she needs an attitude adjustment and lay off the booze.
