Contribute FeedbackWhat a treat to have such a charming French candy shop in an area that is not very vegan friendly! The owner was so friendly and friendly, and by a flyer we found out that she received her training from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked in a Michelin star hotel and Pâtisserie. About 90% of the sweets are vegan, and everything we tried was incredibly delicious. We have the soya cheese cake, the Gâteau au Chocolat, and three Madeleines pumpkin, raspberry and a seasonal cinnamon pumpkin. We ate the cheese cake and the gâteau au chocolat almost immediately. Both were amazing, and the Gâteau au chocolat was so light but full of taste at the same time really incredible! After the owner's instructions, we heated the Madeleines in the toaster oven at home. They were fresh and light, and it is truly spectacular what the owner could reach without the traditional eggs and animal butter! Since it's just a few minutes' walk from Shin Yurigaoka Station, where I sometimes go shopping, I'll be back soon with delicious vegan sweets! (I would give it a five star rating, but from now on Happy Cow doesn't let me do this because it's not a fully vegan shop. If this policy changes, I will come back and change my four stars to five.
