The best rams I had in Japan. The broth was really delicious (with different options), the texture of its noodle was good you can order base frames with additional items. The Matcha pudding wasn't really good for me. View all feedback.
Really good rams! Very friendly to help with everything. It was my first time order and did not feel divorced at all! Really recommended!
This place serves a really legendary ramen. It was one of the best ram shells I had. When I finished the first bowl, I wanted another one. It was a very unique experience eating in this place. They had cubic rows so that the people were sitting with curtains that I had before you so that you would not be bothered by anyone and eat your rams, as always you wished and plus, I think it was also that you are safe. You had a leaf where you could choose the preference of your rams, dashi, broth wealth, quantity of garlic, green onion, with or without chashu, noodle texture and spice. This is obvious after you choose your order on the machine where you choose the type of knights and if you want extras like med soft boiled egg and extra chashu. You can use wooden blocks as you put on them with writings in Japanese, English and Mandarin and a bell to notify your server what you want. The server wouldn't even talk to you and would just raise the curtain and you want you to. It was a very cool experience and absolutely from this world race. I love it! Definitely also try other places.
The famous Ichiran Ramen lives until his name, as he does not sleep in the rams and concentrates on the stars of the show: noodles, Broth and Char Siu. I definitely recommend getting the Ichiran Ramen 5 option as it contains extra basic and a soft egg. On the sheet of paper for the preferences of smokers I suggest solid/very firm noodles, 1/2 or more garlic, and at least medium Dashi/enrichment. The broth was exceptional and the cha siu also tasted phenomenal. I chose 'firm' noodles, but they still felt a little soft. In my opinion, the eggs were overcooked, but still tasted good. The Matcha Pudding was also the perfect dessert to finish the meal. It has no overwhelming matcha flavor and is still sweet to the tongue. Overall, Ichiran is somewhat more expensive compared to other rammen restaurants (because of tourist hype), but I wouldn't say it overestimated. It is worth experiencing at least once in Japan!

Ichiran is below ground level, so you'll walk the stairs down from the street. Because of that, there's not really natural lighting, which could be a bit uncomfortable for some. We loved the ramen and the special thing about Ichiran is that you can specify exactly how you want it cooked in each little detail through a piece of paper where you specify each category according to your wishes. If you come before 12pm as we did, you probably won't have to wait to get seated.
