Clean , but not well stocked on sales items . Want give rain checks they say because of covid . Makes no since to me .
What has happened to this sweet place. You walk up to a door and it does not open and there is no sign to warn you. Good thing I wasn 't handicapped more than I am. Then, in an attempt to do business in the office and having stood there for a couple of minutes, one of the girls in the office sticks her head out and says We don 't open till 9 . Nothing more. Please guys and girls, get your old sweet customer service policies back in operation. This is so unlike yall!
Great I go here at least three times a week for groceries no better place to to shop in Kaufman
Brookshires is my favorite grocery store in Kaufman. Although their prices are a bit higher, they offer fantastic sales that make up for it. I appreciate Brookshires for their excellent customer service, and their meat and vegetables are always fresh. They also have a wider variety of products compared to David's or Walmart. I really love their loyalty program, which provides amazing discounts on gas. The lowest I've paid for gas there after using my loyalty points was just 45 cents a gallon!
The restaurant is clean and the staff are wonderful, but they should work on ensuring that specific items are available during sale periods, as it was disappointing to find them sold out for most of the week.
