Very tough and grist... read more For two weeks in a row now the fajita beef in the Guadalajara dish has been inedible. It can’t be chewed or bitted when made into a fajita. Very tough and gristled meat. Definitely not worth the over $20 price tag. I wish I knew why the meat has gone downhill so severely! It doesn’t look right, and isn’t edible. Two attempts and there is just something wrong with that meat! The manager was very nice, but nice people don’t make full tummies! If you don’t fix the meat situation (supplier? Butcher?? we’ll ha e to fine a different Friday night eat out spot. Very disappointing.
