Subway - Katy

The two girls working today were great. We were in and out of there in no time, the sandwiches were good and the veggies were fresh. No complaints here.

I want a falafel sandwich, but I couldn't find it in houston's Subway... but I ate it in newyork ,it was super delicious...plz add some vegetarian sandwiches. ?

I had a terrible experience with Subway and its app. I had placed an order and paid for it through the app, but it was closed when I arrived at this store. The Subway app did not update the store hours, which caused me a lot of frustration and inconvenience.I emailed Subway customer service to request a refund, but I did not receive any response. I even tried calling the store, but they didn't answer. The customer service phone number was unavailable on the homepage, and I could not connect to them.I am highly disappointed with the poor customer service provided by Subway, and I hope they can improve their services.

I see that most of them complain about the language of the staff. Today I went to eat in this store and it's true, but I only saw two completely friendly people fighting to do their job well, as we all arrived in this country, I'm completely satisfied. with your kind attention ?
