I ordered online, and when I arrived to pick it up, my order wasn't ready. They assumed I was picking it up at a different location since this one doesn’t serve shauffa. When I expressed my confusion, they said that as a customer, I should know better—this was my first time! So, I'll take the blame for that. However, I picked up a whole chicken at noon, and it tasted like it was from the day before. I definitely won’t be returning.

The chicken is juicy and tender, and the fries are amazing as well. However, the only downside I've encountered during my three visits is that each time I've requested lemons, I've been given a whole cold lime instead. I really wish they would take the time to clean and slice the lime for a better experience.

But... the only bottom is, every time I left, what it was about 3 times. I asked for lemons, but instead a whole cold lime was given. I wish they had taken the time to clean and cut the lime.

Many restaurants have dropped stars due to Covid, but Pollo Bravo is still 5 stars!
