I can tolerate mediocre customer service, but what I can't accept is poor food quality. I ordered online, and when I arrived to pick it up, my order wasn't ready. They assumed I was picking it up at a different location since this one doesn’t serve shauffa. When I expressed my confusion, they said that as a customer, I should know better—this was my first time! So, I'll take the blame for that. However, I picked up a whole chicken at noon, and it tasted like it was from the day before. I definitely won’t be returning.
The white rice here is absolutely incredible—it's fluffy, fragrant, and packed with flavor. The chicken is juicy and tender, and the fries are amazing as well. However, the only downside I've encountered during my three visits is that each time I've requested lemons, I've been given a whole cold lime instead. I really wish they would take the time to clean and slice the lime for a better experience.
Your white rice is amazing. It is fluffy and fragrances with great taste. The chicken was juicy and tender and... the pommes were also great. But... the only bottom is, every time I left, what it was about 3 times. I asked for lemons, but instead a whole cold lime was given. I wish they had taken the time to clean and cut the lime.
