Fernando and the staff were very kind and nice, they had amazing customer service and helped us get fresh hot food and were very attentive to our satisfaction, for McDonalds I go to this McDonald’s will keep me coming back for late night cookie tote, Fernando need a raise, hell all of them need a raise, 1:50am and still 5 star service!! Went through the drive through at around 7pm. They were busy, but the line moved along. Got to the window and placed my order. The order taker was hard to hear, but I blamed the tricked out junk heap in the line next to me. Got to the window to pay and repeated my order and payed and drove up and got my order.. fairly quick overall. I get home and discover several things... no napkins, no dipping sauce, even though I... Ordered $30 in food and didn't get any napkins. I guess I should have checked.

Made me pull into the curbside just for them to cancel my mobile order because they did not feel like making breakfast at 10:25. Smh wont be back here.
Multiple times I ordered food with specific dipping sauces and they don't give me any. Also, I got drinks yet they keep forgetting to give me straws
