She was on the phone with another customer for over 30... read more The customer service is nonexistent. I was there to pick up my order, and the lady completely ignored me. She was on the phone with another customer for over 30 minutes, and even after finishing that call, she continued to work on the system right in front of me. I stood there waiting, and a simple "Just give me a minute, I'll be with you shortly" would have made a huge difference. Instead, she chose to be rude.

I placed an order twenty minutes online before I showed up (while masked up to keep my flu germs to myself , and when I got there, it looked like they had not noticed my online order. (It wasn 't like it was super busy and running behind it was pretty much empty the entire time I was there. Rather than explaining the situation, they told me it was almost ready about five times over the twenty minutes I waited in their empty restaurant. I would have canceled the order if they had been up front with me because my main purpose for ordering there was to get my food quickly because I was sick, but they kept it to themselves. After listening to them argue in the kitchen, finally my food came out. I 'm not sure if it was the soup or the flu that upset my stomach, so I 'll just focus on the service issue here.
