I went through the drive-thru, and although the staff member had to deal with something, he took my order quickly. I paid and received my food without delay. He even politely asked someone who was in my way to move, which I appreciated because I would have been tempted to honk my horn. My inner "Karen" is definitely getting stronger every day!
After contacting customer service, nothing changed, and my food got cold while I dealt with rude service when I asked for fresh chicken. To top it off, I never received a refund. This isn’t the first issue I've experienced at this restaurant—most of the staff seems to be teenagers, and they often run out of items during the evening.
I have never been treated so rudely by a restaurant before. The manager told me to order through the app after I had already placed my order, which was supposed to include a free wrap. Instead, I ended up having to pay for it and spent half an hour on the phone with customer service, only to be left frustrated and feeling like a villain. There's no other KFC nearby, and I really dislike this one because the food is consistently terrible and the staff appears lazy. By the way, I never received a refund from corporate for the purchase I was forced to make, so don’t expect any help from them either.
