The food was disappointing. After just one bite, I requested to exchange my dish for something else, but they refused. The customer service was even worse. The staff insisted that we should tip despite the poor service, and then publicly shouted, “they didn’t tip.” I won’t be returning; I suggest spending your money somewhere else.
The food here is absolutely delicious! The banh bot chien is the best I’ve ever had, and the General Tso's shrimp is fantastic. The fried rice is spot on as well. The atmosphere and decor are really nice, and the service is great. I’m already looking forward to going back! Plus, the fact that most of the customers are Asian definitely means the food is authentic.
