I don't know why I'm still in this place. I guess it's better with the hopes of the service..tonight I ordered a jumbo jack and everything I got was meat and bread...not even napkins or ketchup.normally I order egg rolls I chose not to cuddle, also time I never order sweet and sour sauce .. I am adding another review since we frequent this location for breakfast. We never have issues with the staff in the drive thru. They are walkways virtuous to us. Tacos always seem fresh which has been a frequent issues with other JnB locations we have visited in the past. Think I’ll stop for a couple of tacos now that I think about it…

The manager who works here Carolin is very rude no customer service. Got my order wrong then argued with me and told me I was wrong got my food correct and threw it at me and told me to shut up go sit down and eat my food. Wow.
