The food was just average; I ordered my potatoes to be crispy, but they weren't even close to that. However, they did have good flavor. My French toast was delicious, but it was served lukewarm.

When making scrambled eggs, you s... read more Our server Rachel was excellent, but the kitchen staff left much to be desired. The cooks seemed disorganized and unmotivated. When making scrambled eggs, you should whisk them in a bowl, not throw them directly on the hot griddle. I asked for a fresh batch of scrambled eggs, but they simply sent out the same fried eggs instead. I returned them, yet I was still charged for the entire meal. It felt like the kitchen was just too lazy to wash an extra bowl. Additionally, the eggs Benedict had firm yolks, which is more like a soft-boiled egg. This experience highlights why Snooze consistently outperforms. It’s a prime example of how chains can diminish the quality of what was once a great dining experience.

The service was outstanding, the ambiance was peaceful, and the food was simply delectable. I was seated right away without any wait. I will certainly return soon. The waffles and the million-dollar bacon strips are absolutely divine! You definitely need to visit your nearest First Watch. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention—don’t miss out on the juice! The Purple Haze was fantastic!
