What Westley Larkin doesn't like about Chuy's:
I ordered the vegetarian enchiladas without cheese, served with cilantro lime rice and refried beans. The sides were delicious, but unfortunately, the enchiladas were lacking in flavor. Mexican restaurants are often not very vegan-friendly, but with a few tweaks, I can usually find something to enjoy!
