There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from at this restaurant! The service is incredibly quick.
I had a great experience at this restaurant! I ordered the strawberry toppings and it was delicious.
Upon entering this café, the tempting smell of waffles immediately grabs your attention and makes you want to stay and eat. Despite being quite busy, the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and let us know that our waffles would be ready in about 10 minutes. The wait was definitely worth it. We ordered the waffles with a double chocolate base and pecan filling, topped with vanilla ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! They offer made-to-order waffles and a variety of other menu options. I highly recommend stopping by for a snack.
Love this place! the ice is so creamy and tasty and I don't think they can go wrong with everything they choose! The fruit toppings were fresh and I love the variety of toppings that are offered. the aesthetic of the place is also very good for pictures!
Sooooo delicious! I went with their menu got GO Bananas added strawberries to it. You can choose your ice cream flavor. There’s also create your own Bubble Egg waffle option, fruit and milk teas, coffee and slushes ? Overall, it’s AMAZING, w/huge menu, clean, cute place ?

Just went here and 2 of us got our order quickly (we were all on the same ticket The 3rd order took 30 minutes. And it also was wrong.Good luck getting something here in a timely manner and correct . We asked about the ice cream twice and they had no excuse why the entire store was served before our third person got their order .This place is too expensive for them to not care.Their only concern was closing by 10Awful customer service
Used to be great, but service has gone downhill. In a half empty restaurant, it took 30 minutes to serve a waffle. Please don't come here late
Their avocado smoothie is deliciously sweet and creamy and the egg pudding is wonderful!
Such a cute place! It was a super busy night, but orders were filled quickly and staff was very nice. Everything was tasty from their bubbled waffles to the drinks! We will return!
If you're looking for a sweet treat in the Katy Asian Market area, Bubble Egg is a fantastic choice! We dropped by for some delicious desserts and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance is inviting, the staff are friendly, and the place is spotless. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy some tasty sweets.

I always love coming here when I want some milk tea with Boba. Sometimes they have limited flavors like the rose milk tea, which is my favorite, other than the original black milk tea. It is a good price, and you pay a bit extra for the Boba if you want it.I love their chicken tenders and waffles best waffles ever! Not they type to put syrups on, just plain and with chicken. It'snever been busy when I go there, so my orders are always ready within a few minutes and super fresh. The employees are also verynice ????
My daughter and I love Bubble Egg, waffles are always made fresh, ice cream, chicken tenders, fries and the the mangonadas are all good! Service is phenomenal, they are always very kind!
Always good times with waffles and ice cream of your choice. I do wish the cups were wider as they get pretty nasty as they melt into that little cup or cute box like a take out rice box. I know the new boxes look cute, but a circular wide cups sold in icecreams shops would be sturdy enough where I'm not dripping ice cream over the edges. Or they can always bring back the boxes andcups they used before. They were good and also sold cones
Tried out this place and it is delicious! The chocolate ice cream is amazing and the toppings are great too! I got one of their specialty waffle cones with ice cream and toppings. It was great but a bit too sweet for me. Next time I might not get thewaffle cone. The box is cute but hard to eat the ice cream at the bottom. Kids got the ice cream in a cup and they loved it!Small place, fast service, clean, delicious. Definitely try this place!
Katy Asian Town has so much to offer. It overflows with Asian- inspired eats and cool treats and my teenagers and I have made it a point to visit every establishment in Katy Asian Town within the next several months. A place we just tried that did notdisappoint is Bubble Egg. At Bubble Egg, you can get your fill of ice cream waffles and drinks. The Bubble Waffles, made fromHong Kong style egg waffles and filled with ice cream, are the specialty here. You can enhance your waffle up front by addingfillings that range from bacon to chocolate chips to cheese. You then select among ten or so ice cream flavors and you can thentop with assorted nuts, fruit, etc. The waffles and the special fillings, ice cream, toppings, etc are much better than thetypical ice cream cone. Once you have your Bubble egg waffle and ice cream, you will want to get a drink. Fruit teas, milkteas, and coffee drinks are among the options. Thai milk tea is my usual choice, but there are many other tasty choices fordrinks. Youi can even opt for a combo that includes a drink with your waffle ice cream concoction. Oh, and if your appetite is alittle stronger and you would like something other than sugar, Bubble Egg sells foods such as chicken tenders, wings, andfries. With the atmosphere, Bubble Egg features a basic interior, small to medium in size. The metal seats are not the mostcomfortable, especially the ones that are nothing but stools with no backs. I recommend sitting at one of the low tables withseats that have backs, or on the couch if it?s available. They have a giant connect four game for entertainment, too. Orders atBubble Egg are placed at the counter, but they bring the food to your table, which is nice. It is yet another memorable placefor light foods and sweet treats and drinks here in Katy Asian Town and a place we will certainly be returning to, just to getanother one of these delicious egg waffles filled with ice cream.
