I love salad bars generally and this is yet another great option. It's less expensive than Salada but delivers great healthy fresh food all the same. And better yet they have a loyalty card so you get rewarded for visits. The dining area is nice and clean. They have salads, wraps, and pizza. I'll be back to try them! View all feedback.
What Bryan doesn't like about 1 Salads:
Great food when they are open. They are open whenever they want. They don’t stick to times posted which is confusing. So they are currently closed at 6:30 when posted closes at 8. Usually open during the day. View all feedback.
The soup wasn 't ready when they opened for the day, they didn 't have mozzarella cheese for the flatbread pizza and they were out of their cola drink in the sofa machine. They did they did have was good, but it took our party of 8 to long to be served. Those in the crowd were finished by the time the end of these crowd finally got served. I chalk it up to growing pains. I 'm hoping things will smooth out soon. They 've done a good job decorating the place it 's just the mechanics that need improvement.

The food is soooo fresh and tasty!!!! Lord knows that I’m hooked!!! The soup, salad, and flatbreads are all very delicious!!
Overpriced, man over the counter was rude and not welcoming, hidden cost for add-ons. Spent around $20 for a person on salad and a cup of soup. Positive side: Good portion size, lot of ingredienta to choose from.
Nice and healthy salad option for lunch this week. The staff was kind and generous, I will be returning soon.
