I went to the Tuscaloosa location and I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. The manager Ariel took my order she was nice and very patient. I ordered the Mexi fries and they are amazing. The grill cook Terrance Brown made sure I had fresh fries. I also added a chicken tender you should try it. I will definitely be going back. View all feedback.

Placed an order in the app. Got my food 20 minutes after showing up. Food is great. Workers were bickering at each other, no sense of priorities. A quarter of the crew on their phones. Could be better. View all feedback.

They closed early. I sat in the drive thru and waited and no one ever answered. When I passed by the window there was about 5 employees standing in a huddle talking and laughing. Horrible experience.
The service was amazing. The girl.who took our order was outstanding, very friendly and professional with a playful side. We did not enjoy the food. The burgers were blah and the chicken nuggets were chewy. The sauces were great and of course the tea was amazing. Just disappointed!!!
Worst experience at Milo’s and will not be back. Worst customer service with Kesha( maybe her name but working window at 12:44 pm she was being very rude for no reason. Glaring and not smiling or say thank you! We can eat anywhere and I can guarantee you, it will not be Milo’s. Get new customer service or count most customers out! And close the doors cause that’s not the Tuscaloosa ways. Awful treatment and we paying
