Was J at Chief Coffee a mag?
Great little coffee place with some very friendly staff. With a decent selection of drinks and food. It's off of the rather busy street and the tables are in the sun, downside is that there are only two so you need to be rather lucky to get them, but it makes it enjoyable to sit outside and drink your coffee. There's seems to be a decent amount of seating inside too, so if you're in need for a coffee and would like t... View all feedback.

Amazing place! As a pinball wizard and a coffee lover, this place was really fun. I probably visit once a month and every time I visit I don’t get disappointed. The machines are maintained really good and the japanese arcade upstairs can sometimes be fun too.

Nice coffee shop with delicious food. The coffee was definitely up there in terms of quality, but if I have to be more critical, I would have preferred it a bit stronger, like what you get in the nearby Artisan or Tamp. But still, good quality and better than average.

I thoroughly enjoyed this café for its unique pinball and arcade rooms. The coffee, including decaf, was very good and they offered plant-based milk. Though there weren't many vegan options available, I tried a vegan sausage roll, two types of power balls, and a pistachio brownie. The power balls were delicious, but I regret not trying the brownie. The staff was kind and I recommend trying to snag a seat by the window.

I love this place because it's so one-of-a-kind. I usually don't go here for the coffee, but for the pinball machine and the Japanese arcade on the top floor. The Japanese games are amazing and so much fun to play! You can even exchange your pound notes for yen on the top floor. My favorite part is the pinball room in the basement, especially the Ghost Busters machine. Some games cost 2 pounds for 3 plays.
