The location is perfect, not too close to the traffic of the beach, but super convenient to get to anywhere; beach included (about a 15-20 minute walk). The staff is perfect and attentive. You will like them. The pool is great. The restaurant serves both excellent Thai food and western food. The rooms have good AC and Wifi. No problems there. The showers and bathroom is clan. The neighborhood is great too, with many shops, restaurants, dentists, and such. Need a motor bike? They can get you a good one for a fair price at the hotel. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space to put your things. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I stay here every time I come to Patong. Second thing. Today is June 24th 2020. I have been In Patong since January 15th. The reason I have been here so long is the travel ban, due to the virus, in China prevents my return to China. I have been stuck here for 5 months. The staff at this hotel have been so nice and accommodating. I can't praise them enough for helping a bad situation be better. During this time, Palm View is in a neighborhood that is still vibrant and friendly. Plenty of restaurants are open nearby and the Hotel restaurant is excellent. Several stores are close by so anything you want or need is easily available. If I have to be stuck somewhere, I couldn't have picked a better place. Thank you Palm View!

Staff very fri... read more We walked in into this place, we had no booking and with a smile they said you are welcome We got a good deal and we stayed there for two nights. Staff very friendly and breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious (bfast wasn 't included in the price) Hotel is located 15 minutes walk to the center, but you don 't need to go to far away as there are many restaurants, supermarkets, massage and shops around the area. Transfer to/from the airport cost 180 bht each way on a mini van. I totally recommend this place
