I visited recently for a work lunch/meeting and was so impressed I came back the next day to bring my interstate visitors for a coffee. Great cake &coffee, the best I've tasted in quiet a while. The customer service on both occasions was good although the young lady who served us on the 2nd day had difficulty with English and understanding our order. View all feedback.

We had lunch here after our Katherine Gorge tour, my wife had the brushetta and it was beautiful and tasty, I just had a muffin and both had coffee that was OK but my wife's was cold, however we did get a new coffee made for her.The main reason I gave such a low rating is every table looked like it had been mopped with a dirty mop!Seriously dirty streak marks on all the inside tables, it doesn't take much to clean pr... After ordering some rolls from Baymarie, the server assumed we wanted our chicken and salad rolls warmed in a sandwich press, despite us asking for them to be taken away cold. After a few minutes of waiting for our food, we asked the server where it was, only to be told that it had been heated. When we explained that we had requested the rolls to be cold, the server rudely told us to be quiet as her boss was nearby. The staff, who seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, did not handle the situation well. Additionally, the beverages were not served at the proper temperature. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the service was lacking.
We went to the café and ordered a small coffee, a medium coffee, a sausage roll, and two cakes. The total came out to $35, which we found to be very expensive and not worth it. We do not plan on visiting this café again.
After reading some mixed reviews, I decided to try an iced coffee after our canyon boat trip. The barista was friendly and passionate, and the coffee surpassed my expectations in taste. It's always worth taking a chance to find out for yourself!
The brilliant educational visitor centre was completely replaced by a café and tour booking desk.
Dropped in here after doing a 2 gorge tour Enjoyed my cappuccino that was made exactly as I asked (nice frothy) Had a passion fruit cheese cake which tasted yummy. My wife had a muffin a can of Coke. Total just under $18!... Nice a/c comfort Quite surprised taken with the purpose built visitor centre the cafe is housed in. Plenty of seating here too. Thoroughly recommend PS: took a hunk out of my cheesecake while I was waiting for my coffee (which was only about 2 minutes)
