Dropped by for lunch today with my husband and we both enjoyed the quiches and salad ( chicken and asparagus and zucchini) with a cold drink. Service was prompt and the setting by the window very pleasant. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Silver Screen Cafe:
This place should be avoided at all costs. Unless experience the worse hospitality has to offer is your thing. The microwaved bread for the over priced bacon and egg was actually the highlight before the coffee, which felt about an hour after the slop was served, had less flavour than a week old instant at best... avoid at all cost. Good food and a good coffee ... Had the club sandwich . Good service . Lovely couches if you want just a coffee , we went there twice as other places were closed .
Nice little café, Caesar salad is delicious and the coffee is as good as any. Lovely and cool. Popular with the locals
Silver Screen put on a fabulous buffet brekkie on a Sunday from 8am til lunchtime ... With a range of bacon, chipolata snags, eggs fried, poached, scrambled, beans, spaghetti, potato gems, toast .....So yummy
