The air conditioning unit is quite noisy, and the barbecue area is situated right outside my door, which is really inconvenient. It seems to be a major issue, as other guests are cooking, drinking beer, and talking loudly. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password I received was not working. I left a note asking for the correct password, but my request was completely ignored. When I returned, my note was gone and I received no response. It seems they simply discarded it without any consideration. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 1.
