However, some patrons expressed disappointment with the food, noting a lack of variety and quality that didn’t match its upmarket concept. While the drink selection and ambiance are often praised, suggestions for improved seating comfort and enhanced menu offerings could elevate the overall experience. Nonetheless, many guests left with fond memories and a desire to return.

I apologize, but I have to say that an open can of sardines with a few slices of bread on a plate is the most disappointing dish I’ve ever encountered! I wish they would show more respect and care for their food presentation.
What a fantastic little spot located in the cellar of the old flour mill! They also serve local wine on tap. Today, we had the pleasure of a complete tour with the gracious new manager, Nathan. Thank you, sir!
The restaurant is situated below the Premier Mill Hotel and is a true hidden gem in Katanning. It offers a fantastic experience that transports you to another era, all within a wonderful atmosphere.
The hospitality here is wonderful, and it's an interesting place overall. However, the stools are quite uncomfortable, especially for shorter individuals like myself, as there are no footrests. I found myself standing at the bar because it was uncomfortable to have my legs dangling. I suggest either changing the stools or adding foot rails. On a positive note, the food was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it!
