Burger King - Kasson

The staff here has always been kind and patient with me. The food is decent, just like your average BK. But let's be honest, you're coming here for convenience. Not fine dining. Kid-friendliness: There's a few female staff members who have been remarkably kind to my niece. I've never had an issue worse than forgetting Ketchup.

They should really just close the doors for good and put something else in its place. The food here will make you sick, the staff is friendly but extremely slow and they run out of things all the time. I have seen comments from management on here that say to call if you have a problem but they never answer the phone so your only option is to write a review. Corporate should be there helping them by retraining everyone or call it a loss and just close it down.

Went yesterday order the spicy chicken asked for no mayo they said they don't put mayo went home and they put mayo. Also the chicken was hard threw it all away including the nuggets this is why y'all make less then 15 an hr because u don't know how to do your job

This Burger King location is a mystery.I sometimes stop for breakfast when I get off work. Sometimes they're open, sometimes they aren't. Sometimes the drive thru is closed, but the store seems open. Sometimes there are dumpsters blocking the drive thru.It's a mystery to me when this building is open or not, but that's part of the fun. It's a fun game to see if I'll be able to get food from this location in the morning.This might seem bad, but honestly, it's kind of fun, and always makes me laugh. The staff here are really kind, and honestly really funny. I've chatted with the drive thru staff members on several occasions and always drive off with a smile on my face.If you're looking for some good, hot fast food in Kasson, try this Burger King, but always have a backup plan just in case.

Nothing like catching a buzz from the whole shift deciding to light up a joint outside the door, with the door open and smoke drifting through the store. Should have left when it took ten minutes to place the order because the employee was so high.
