What User doesn't like about Weissenstein:
it is run by three partners who intend to make healthy cuisine, km zero, all with products of proximity, ecological etc. it has fame for the quality of its flesh especially but the truth is that it is quite disappointing. the decoration hardly deserves comment. the service is clumsy and slow to oblivion. the second raw material and the bad boarding kitchen. a totally avoidable experience. the ambiente in this former industrial building is very good, the combination of restaurant and fresh goods market works and convinces. the kitchen is fresh and good, the menu small but fine. View all feedback.
