it is run by three partners who intend to make healthy cuisine, km zero, all with products of proximity, ecological etc. it has fame for the quality of its flesh especially but the truth is that it is quite disappointing. the decoration hardly deserves comment. the service is clumsy and slow to oblivion. the second raw material and the bad boarding kitchen. a totally avoidable experience. We were in white stone yesterday with 4 people for the first time and were very surprised. the atmosphere was great, the service first saw and the food just delicious, the meat was so tender, so what I haven't eaten for a long time and especially all the products are organic. we come back.

We were already eating in white stone several times and I take up the critique of some others. the concept is super, both with a look at the combination of shopping and eating as well as with focus on organic foods with the focus on meat. however, the culinary conversion is still very clear. the offering of the food is relatiw unmotivated and I felt that the offered ingredients could be brought out by an improvement of the preparation and a creative tasting much more. or the quality of the ingredients is not enough yet to lead a kitchen focused on the purity and quality of the ingredients to success (this explicitly includes the potatoes as a supplement). I have to say it, just dusty. we had also taken meat home - the quality could be significantly better. we will not eat again and follow the other reviews.
Here you can buy in addition to eating one or other regional product. A pity was the last time that the sale counter is closed before closing the local and you as a guest no longer have the opportunity to buy products after eating. the service was much more attentive than before. eating is very good, the price ratio is true. but you will not be surprised with special combinations. flexible: choose meat on the counter and prepare shortly afterwards, the content of the card should not be sufficient. it is cooked seasonal and regionally.
