At first, he misunderstood me (it happened several times, even with other guests): he 's probably hard of hearing, and accordingly tense. Then he became dismissive of special requests and avoided me. However, he was normal with other guests without special requests. So go ahead and try your luck. PS: I got diarrhea after a few hours, hopefully not because of the hygiene
