However, yest... read more I really enjoy going to this Baguettski, and I love the friendly, dark-haired lady who 's worked there for years (and I think she 's the manager . However, yesterday was the second time I 've noticed how poor the service has become. Several months ago, the cashier forgot to give me my change, and I had to wait until another customer bought something so the till would open and she could give me the money back. Yesterday, I was there again with my friend, and we both ordered a yogurt ice cream. The young employee came with one cup of ice cream and said that the machine was broken and it only had enough for one cup. She offered us something else, or we should wait until she contacted her boss to ask if she could take the money from the till. I told her she should split the ice cream into two cups, and she gave me a strange look, as if it were unnecessary. My friend, seeing that look, intervened and said it was fine and she should just bring another spoon. After quite a while, she came back and said the machine was working again and asked if we wanted another ice cream. We said yes. Again, only one cup and two spoons arrived. This girl didn 't even put two cones on it. Today 's youth simply isn 't capable of reacting appropriately in unexpected situations. One was too lazy and extremely slow at work, so much so that she forgot to give us our change (she really was working at a snail 's pace and was completely unenthusiastic! . This young girl yesterday wasn 't capable of simply taking the initiative and saying, I 've divided this cup and added an extra cone (I 'm saying this as an example, just a small gesture ... but nothing of the sort. If I had worked like that back in my day, I would have been thrown out of the shop on the spot. This generation is an absolute disaster!
