The girl who... read more Based on today 's experience at this location: mass confusion behind the counter; we didn 't get our wrap until I went back in, then they made it. The girl who was supposed to be taking my choices for the donuts apparently decided she didn 't want tobecause she walked away and didn 't return. Then quite a rude young guy came along and put together a box of anything goes andacted upset that I said no, I am choosing what I pay for and he had to change the selection; then he basically tossed the openbox on the counter and walked away. Then came back to cut into the conversation while I talked to the supervisor. Hmmm, somebasic training in customer service is needed here.

They?re slow, can?t comprehend simple instructions, and every single day they mess up the very simple order I ask. Not only do they mess up all orders, they hardly put enough food for theiroverpriced meals! Or the food is undercooked. Always something new every day. I?ve given enough chances to this location andwill never be back! If there was an option for 0 stars, that?s what they would really get!

My order was entirely wrong despite my clear requests. I ordered a sandwich and received a mushy wrap instead. I asked for tea but was given coffee, which I'm allergic to, and after taking a sip, I now feel unwell for the rest of the day. When I called to address the issue, Bonnie (the manager) was very rude, offered no apology, and hung up on me. Mark and Kathy need to seriously review the management and staff. Absolutely awful.

The staff member was unhelpful and informed us that we had to pay for ketchup, all while displaying a poor attitude and abruptly closing the window on us. I hope management takes action to address this.
