People were sitting at our table when we arrived. After moving them, it took too long for them to clean up their dishes. Apart from that food was great, took a while to come out but they certainly kept the drinks flowing for us! View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Stadium 26:
Wife got abused by lady manager. We had bookings that we pointed out on arrival as no one answered phone during afternoon when ee contacted them. Was extemely tudly told , what you want me to do, answer calls or serve people. We wont be back at all. Worst customer service we have had. Need to train you people on customer service skills View all feedback.
The food was ok, although not very hot, but the service was terrible. would not come back.
Fun atmosphere for watching the Super Bowl. They were busy however we received our orders quickly. I reserved a table to watch the game and the manager called me ahead of time to be sure of everything I anticipated. I appreciate that she went the extra mile. It was extra noisy but not unusual for a big game. I have been there many times and it is usually only moderately noisy. Great place to meet friends and watch sports. The service staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I have been coming to Karratha on a regular basis since 2020 and I’ve noticed a huge decline in the Stadium. In that early days it was crowded, on Friday night hardly anyone was there. Food still took a long time also disappointed the toilets were smelly and not cleaned. And I don’t mean paper towels, I mean general cleanliness. It was very disappointing and definitely dropped off.
