The Manager Diwakar at the restaurant is an exceptional person and truly believes in customer service and if you find any problem with the food, he will immediately replace it or take it back. He is quite courteous and so os the rest of the staff. But I feel that food needs to be improved and maybe the Chef needs to be changed and food is not at par with major restaurants in Connaught Place like The Embassy and The Host and United Coffee House. The Manager Diwakar was quite considerate and listened with patience at my suggestions and comments and this is the kind of people we need in the Hospitality Industry! Thanks Mr Diwakar and kudos to your efforts for providing world class customer service.

The food is fresh with great flavors and the staff was unbelievably kind and attentive! The omelet station, dosas, and mini chicken sausages were some of our breakfast favorites! We also penne primavera and arrabiata for dinner one night, both were fantastic! We kept commenting on how great the food was at Zingand it just so happened to be in our hotel!
