Contribute Feedback What Denisse T doesn't like about The Grand Mark Prague:
I made a reservation for two guests via internet. I called the number on the website, because I needed a document with the details of the guests in order to apply for the visa (name, passport number, etc). I was told that they would send me the documentation by mail and they didn't send anything. Then I called repeatedly to the same phone number and they answered the phone, but no one answered. Great food and nice service, might be a bit pricey but I'd say it's worth it to stop by even just for coffee
For once, real hot caffè latte (instead of just lukewarm). For customers who worry about their diet, it's possible to just order from the list of side dishes. Ratatouille plus fries is a healthy lunch for example. Or the hummus with raw veggies (served with bread).
Great coffee, great service. Fantastic food (Chicken club sandwich. Eggs Benedict etc) Would recommend
Omeleta i palačinky výborné. Čerstvý fresh super. Obsluha milá. Spokojenost
Pořádali jsme tu firemní akci, všechno naprosto špičkové od komunikace s majitelem po servis.
