I fell in love with Indian food after my first taste, and I've tried a lot since then. I must say, Punjabi is one of the best in Prague. Like in almost every Indian restaurant, you have to specify how spicy you want your food. I will definitely come back. View all feedback.

Apart from the usual fast food with fried items of all kinds on Chinese, Czech, or other themes, this Indian one is by far the best choice, even though the selection of specialties is not sensational (nevertheless, classic butter chicken, lamb vindaloo, tikka masala). And if you have a less adventurous dining companion, they can be satisfied with a generic gyro or something like Chinese. In any case, if you like spicy Indian cuisine, don't forget to notify the staff (and make sure they shout to the guys in the back that you want it spicy). Otherwise, you may end up with Indian cuisine with just a Czech (and therefore almost no spiciness). The cashier girl is slightly sour, so don't let it spoil your impression.
I love Indian cuisine, and even though I had it at a mall, I was very pleased. The portion size was huge, and the quality of the food was above average. Having this kind of meal at an Indian restaurant where you would pay over 300 crowns for it, you wouldn't even notice the difference.
Cool place after shopping! I've had vegetarian menu and it was really good. Only thing that was a bit weird was this deep fried potato-cutlet-thingy.. I bought it as a side dish and I wouldn't have it again, it was kind of mushy.. Also ofcourse the place where you are eating isn't the best. The chairs are horrible and it is all just.. well weird, but ofcourse it is not Punjabi's food fault. But I will definitely come back! I can eat their chickpea dhal all the time!
