This darling little place in Prague stole my heart with the people and the food. The place had some of the best food I ate in Prague. Everything was well cooked and seasoned especially the beef and the trout. Their house lager was very good too. Thank you, team Nota Bene. All the way from India!

Amazing little place In prague. Great food more In the nouvelle cuisine side. But with a lot of fresh and native ingredients. The lentils were specialy Nice as well as the pork belly. Their home made lager is also Very good. The restaurant is Nice and quite chic.

This place is recommended for us. It is near far from the square but its good place. When we came on saturday afternoon at 14.00 o'clock there is no people inside. I think we should have come for dinner.

Though located in a dark and empty road, a cozy and relaxed atmosphere will welcome you as soon as you enter the restaurant. Its friendly and english-speaking staff is available to explain you every dish on the daily menu, along with the wide variety of strong beers, ranging from 10% to 15%. We tried duck confit and beef bourguignon, which were really good, even if I personally hoped for a bigger portion of beef. We ended with a quite satisfactory blueberry cheesecake. Reasonable prices given the quality of food and beer, as you can see on the photo of menu and bill. Worth a try!

It's interesting that the daily manu is made with the ingredients they have avaliable, so basically in theory, cause I've been just once) the menu changes every day. Honestly, the food was nothing special, however people say is a beer place, and according to my Czech friends they have good ones ..so, stick with the beer and don't expect much on food.
