The owner, Santosh, and his wife are incredible chefs. Although we stumbled upon this place by chance, we ended up having all three of our meals here during our three-day stay in Matheran. Their Spanish omelettes and scrambled eggs are exceptionally tasty. We sampled almost everything on the menu and they even accommodate custom orders. My daughter loved the melted lava chocolate muffins, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Parsi, Goan, Maharashtrian, Konkan, and continental dishes. Our visit to Matheran felt more like a food tour than a sightseeing trip. Be sure to stop by Ganesha Refreshment when you visit Matheran. It's conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Hotel Usha Ascot.
