Always great food, coffee always seem to taste different when I order 1 as if they forget to put a shot of cream/milk/sugar at times, but apart from that I enjoy the service, all regular customers they know exactly the way they order their coffee so it makes it a breeze when super busy plus they always take time to greet everyone with “hello how are you today” and end with “thank you, enjoy and have a nice day” while... What GANDHIRAM T doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
We waited in the driveway for about 15 minutes without any response. When we finally drove up to the restaurant, we saw four people working inside but nobody came to take our order. It was a disappointing experience and we ended up leaving without even placing an order. View all feedback.
Food isnt half bad, but majority of the time my order is wrong, today was the 5th time i received regular cream cheese instead of herb and garlic. If i get a breakfast item without cheese half the time there is cheese. Not to mention the wait times for everything, youll be waiting for sausage or bacon or even eggs because they only prepare once theres one or none left. 15 mins in the drive through to get a bagel with a chunk of plastic in it.
Service really needs to be worked on. Orders are hardly ever taken properly and the wait time for simple orders are atrocious. Tim's management needs to better their staff. Some staff are amazing at their jobs but others get everyone trying to order frustrated. Can't even get an order corrected because it would take 30 minutes to even get through a small line again. Don't appreciate being charged for 2 20 packs of tidbits than get a 20 pack missing tidbits to top ot off.
