This was always a great place, but the owners and employees still impress me. They went up and beyond to make an incredibly warm outdoor heated terrace that even includes a wood stove. They are the only ones from Timmins to Hearst who have done this and thanks the snowmobilizing community to you. What Pernell Ottertail doesn't like about O'briens Classic Grill:
The service is good but for shanghai noodles go to a chinese restaurant and the ribs were disappointing. Pasta was used for the shanghai stir fry not round noodles and it was drenched in a overly sweet sauce that tastes like teriyaki sauce (japanese). The ribs are dry and not well flavoured. If this is based only on the quality of the service, this would be a 5-star evaluation for certain to go out of the word I could not be happier with the service. The menu has many possibilities that all looked appealing. Ordered the loaded garlic bread and it was very delicious and soft. Excellent. We had asked for Jalapeños instead of Speck. Unfortunately, they missed it. But our server brought us green onions to spread up. Good work on her part. My head was the Rib Eye Steak. The “chips” were excellent. Steak was the great disappointment. It should be “wood boiled” and I have received nothing tasteful of it. I asked about medium rare, but it was definitely well done finally the meat was very spiced. My colleague has a Greek pack and he said it was okay. Like I said, very nice people, but maybe try something different than the ribbed eyes.
