I go to Bottleshop primarily for the atmosphere. Price per person: A$60–80. Service: 4/5.
I brought friends from out of town to this hotel as it had a decent selection of gluten free items. There were extended wait times(we were advised a large order had been placed before ours, however not advised it was a 40+ people order) After 1hr40 when they start to prepare our meals they realised they had sold a non gluten free sauce with the gluten free meal. We asked for an alternative. It took a further 10mins and it was insisted on that the difference of $2 extra be paid for the sauce. Abysmal service and tone from this particular waitress.
