If you are a fan of high grade matcha for chawan use or a latte that actually tastes like matcha and not sugar you will enjoy this matcha. The matcha lattes they make are a perfect color. The pineapple whipped was quite good as well.

We enjoyed the matcha/strawberry matcha as well as the guava/matcha frappe. The mochi bars were delicious* A great stop when renting bikes from Hele Bike Rental a block away. Easy walk to the boardwalk and to the beach beyond.

This place gave me one better, something even nicer than what I had way back then. Even without the nostalgia, though, if you want a greatshave ice, soft serve ice cream, or a combination of the above, I don't know if there could be a better spot in the islands forit. Thank you very much, Matcha Ya! Oh, and for bonus points, if you want to rent a bike and come here, the reward is all thesweeter.

This was also the first restaurant/store on Kauai I have been to that was taking every safety precaution forCOVID-19; we?ve been two of only a handful of people we?ve seen on the island wearing masks, so it was refreshing to go to aplace that asked you to sanitize your hands before and after paying, AND all the employees were wearing masks. 10/10 wouldrecommend!
