Love this place! The atmosphere is wonderful and drinks well made! Anything they make is delicious. That being said I’ve had multiple bad experiences with the baked items out of the case. Root doesn’t make these items and once you taste them it’s painfully obvious. They are usually old, hard and stale. Ordered a peppermint mocha latte and it tasted like it was watered down. I dumped most of it out. My ordered a grande latte and she said that hers tasted watered down also and she dumped hers out. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
