We arrived at about 3:55, waited in the car until 4, and then went in. When we (me, my girlfriend, and our 4 year old daughter) walked in, no one said hello or greeted us in any way. Our order was not ready as it was supposed to be, so we stood up front and waited. The total wait was about 10 minutes, not that big of a deal considering the food was fresh. While i made a … – show

People are so slow and just ignore you while you're trying to get your order. I saw her set my order on the end of the counter and then the guy working up front went over and looked at it and then just walked back over and stood by the drive-thru. Terrible service.

They take forever to place an order and get your food. It's like they only know how to do one order at a time. Today I thought I would give this location a try... read more Sooo disappointed, I used to love getting KFC but after several terrible experiences, haven't had KFC in years. Today I thought I would give this location a try, hoping it would be better…however this proved to me NOTHING has changed about KFC terrible food quality, our meals were $20 some dollars and the chickens were ROCK hard and NASTY! I will never ever go back to any KFCs ever again!
