Waffle House - Kansas City

The staff at this restaurant was extremely welcoming and made our experience enjoyable. The food was okay overall, with the steak being a letdown and the eggs lacking flavor. However, the sausage gravy was a saving grace and made the meal better.

I have been lucky enough to visit almost every Waffle House across America, and I still prefer the one in my hometown of Kansas City, Missouri. Rain or shine, the staff is always friendly and excited to welcome everyone. They always remember special orders, like mine with no pickles or mayonnaise packets on my plate. As my son grows older, he is able to enjoy larger portions. Today, he had the two egg breakfast and I can't wait for him to be ready for the All Star meal like his dad.

Ignore all previous reviews. The staff was very attentive, the food was hot and well-presented, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, with good music playing in the background. I was initially going to give the restaurant 4 stars because the manager, Jaime, didn't come by, but to my surprise, she did eventually stop by and greeted us with a smile.

I visited this restaurant for the third shift last night and had an amazing experience. Cameron, Bina, Antha, and Holden were incredibly welcoming. I come here almost every weekend and they always provide great service with a positive attitude. They definitely deserve a raise!

The food at this restaurant was excellent. We were provided with outstanding service, as our server anticipated our every need. The service went above and beyond our expectations. However, the floor could have been cleaner, although we understand that there was bad weather. This is the reason for the 4-star rating. The booths were not very comfortable.
