Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kansas City

Very unprofessional, I had an online order and went in to pick it up and they said our order was stolen that someone picked it up already. They proceeded to make our order again. Once I got home and checked it , it was completely wrong !!! We called upthere and the manager has an attitude and was being completely unprofessional. We had to drive all the way back there so theycould remake it , but she told us to get in the back of the line and wait. Once we got up to the line she 's started being rude, as if it was our fault they messed up the order. This place has gone down hill.

First Chipotle to not fill a bowl and can actually see the bottom of it. My wife took hers back in as a child's meal would have been more food than her bowl. Once she went in the employees acted as if they were disgusted and annoyed that they had to remakea bowl. Not the best experience at this location.

It was okay. Food looked like it had been sitting for a while. Guac was pretty brown. If passing through that is fine, but I wouldn't go back if I lived here. Side note, Google maps doesn't take you to the correct destination. We had to drive around for a bit to find it.
