There is a variety of food for a decent price. My daughter ordered their new menu item, the bbq mac and cheese. When we got our food, her food had a beard hair on it. The waitress was quick to take it back have them remake the plate. It came back and the meat was warm as well as the onion rings, however the mac and cheese was cold. My daughter lost her appetite and we were able to get the plate removed from our ticket. The reason why I gave low star rating was due to the demeanor of the chef who came out to remove the plate. He asked what the problem was, heard us out and made sure the plate was taken off. No apologies other than the removal of the plate. Our waitress was OK, she was the only one waitressing and it did get a little busy. We waited about 10 minutes to remind the waitress we were waiting for my youngest to get her apple juice and then got it in about 5. I don't think they were prepared to host the amount of customers that arrived. The rest of our food was OK, nothing crazy.

I travel a lot and eat in many locations of Bob Evans! I ordered my favorite sirloin steak with eggs and homemade potatoes,also soup chicken noodle soup! I said very delicious! Service was good and fast! Clean and nice atmosphere! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
