Worst Wendy's I've been to in a long time. They were definitely not on their A game. Wait took forever. Sat in drive-thru for 4 minutes didn't hear from anyone. Went inside and what a joke. The only one worth a damn was the young man taking orders. Heactually clearly told me how much my change was and counted it back to me. You don't see that now days. Got a Baconator andDaves double, which were not put together well, burnt bacon and just bad. Wont be going here anytime soon.
Drove up and placed my order for a hamburger and fries. Charged over $8.00 and the girl handed me a bag with a burger about as big around as a soda can, no fries and tried to hand me a drink. When I questioned her about fries? She asked if I said fries. She returned with a small container of them. They were not hot, mildly warm. No napkins provided. Thankfully, I am onlytraveling through, so no worry about coming back to this sad overpriced location again, for poor service.
The service was quite poor. Since the lobby was closed, I had to use the drive-thru. It took a long time for someone to answer. During my order, I had to ask them to hold on several times. After I placed my order, I went to the window where my order was repeated back to ensure it was correct. It wasn't a complicated order—just one burger requested to be plain. When we received our food, we discovered that an item was missing and the burger was not plain as requested. I had to walk back to the window to address the mistake since the lobby doors were locked, and then I had to wait at the door for them to correct the issue.
I had several coupons I wanted to use and understood I might not be able to use them all in a single transaction, but I thought it was worth asking. However, before I could even finish my question, I was met with a very abrupt "NO!" When she quoted my total, I tried to clarify that I only wanted the sandwiches and not the combo, but I was interrupted again, told that my total would be adjusted at the window. Frustrated, I went back around and decided to go inside to use my other two coupons. Unfortunately, the cashier was disengaged, leaning over the computer, and only sparingly reached out with two fingers to take my payment when she called out my total (twice). This felt just as rude to me. I was extremely disappointed with this location and don’t see myself returning. The only positive interaction I had was with the girl who handed me my food at the window. She may not have said much, but she wished me a nice day and had an apologetic/embarrassed expression on her face.
I visited the drive-thru late at night and ordered a spicy nugget meal. To my surprise, I was charged twice for that one meal. Since I don’t live nearby, I had to make a trip back to the restaurant to request a refund. I explained the situation to the manager three separate times, but she didn’t seem to grasp the issue. Instead of offering a refund, she suggested I take another meal. I was then informed that the general manager needed to process my refund, but he wouldn’t be back until later that night. It’s absurd that they wouldn’t issue a refund when their employee acknowledged the double charge! Fortunately, I don’t live close to this location, and I have no intention of returning. I also left my number for the GM to reach out to me, but it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t heard anything.
