For my sides, I picked asparagus and the garlic mashed potatoes. Everything came out as ordered and was delicious. We had a wonderful server.

Our waitress Lauren M was sweet, professional and a delight. She gave us great choices as first timers here. Food came out great and on time. Ambiance was on point. The food tasted great and melted in our mouths. Thank you guys for a wonderful and great experience for my husbands birthday and as first time experience. We will be coming back !

Seemed to be a bit short staffed, however the staff were very good about getting around to all the tables making sure we had everything we needed. The food came very promptly was yummy as always. The name Chophouse 101 is not the correct name for this restaurant as most Chophouses are known for their steaks and quality food with high expectations and mor... read more The name Chophouse 101 is not the correct name for this restaurant as most Chophouses are known for their steaks and quality food with high expectations and more of an intimate atmosphere. To start with the atmosphere appears confused. The originalbrick wall was my favorite but the generic print pictures of steaks do not help the appeal and make it look tacky. There amillion rustic style bright white LED lights hanging from the ceiling making this place way too bright, especially paired withthe white walls. Overall the atmosphere was not welcoming and needs some help. Onto the food… restaurant claimed they haveaward winning ribs so I had to try. They were overcooked, looked to have been burned on grill, dry, and no flavor. The centercut fillet was like a hockey puck. I had moderate expectations for this restaurant and even those minimal standards were notmet. I would go to Texas Roadhouse over this restaurant every-time. The manager took off a discount of $2 off a $26 meal. Hesaid he was not able to offer a larger discount without the owner being on site. He reached out to the owner of the restaurantand was able to provide better customer service. I was trying support local such our town is small and does not have a lot oflocally owned restaurants. I hoped to have had a delicious meal but it’s unfortunate that was far from the case. I will notreturn. Perhaps the show Restaurant Impossible maybe to help.

It did look to be a busy time for the staff but I believe they were able to keep up?
