I’m not sure if they are short staffed or what, but the 2nd drive thru lane is NEVER open. I waited in line wrapped all the way to 29 for 30mins! Once I got to the window I realized that they were taking orders one at a time. There was no one in front of me and once I paid and got my food is when she took the next order. People are looking for jobs! Hire some help. Awful customer service.
If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. This place has only been here 4 months and the customer service was horrible, long wait time and food was so hard that I could throw it against the wall. Don't waste your money or time coming here!
Sunday late afternoon. Dining room closed. Could be not enough staff, who knows. Go through drive thru. I want a family meal. We don 't have that . You don 't have an 8 piece or 10 piece meal with sides ? No. This is Bojangles right? What the actual hell. I drove away and went to Popeyes. Family got their chicken AND sides.
Some times the customers are rude, one of the other employees tried to flirt with my husband in front of me, and no matter how many times you repeat your order they still get it wrong and try to assume I ordered a sweet tea, every time.
