I love especially mushrooms do pyaza. the service needs some improvement. still a good restaurant.

On the afternoon I had invited some RIMS staff to the appetite restaurant of the hotel aditya near rims ranchi. it was really a bad experience for us. in that t... read more On the afternoon I had invited some RIMS staff to the appetite restaurant of the hotel aditya near rims ranchi. it was really a bad experience for us. in that there was very bad service delivery and hospitality that spoiled the whole pleasure for spending my money. it seems that the top motto of the staff and managements of hotel aditya and appetite restaurant was just to earn money in anyway without delivering the quality of service to their customers. it is hard to believe that hotel aditya is considered to be three stars and provide so bad quality service. it totally disappointed me and my guests. although eating was good, but it seems that cooked and served before the day without heating up. the remaining food we were forced to pack to get it back into our house. in the same evening the taste of eating was stinking. I ask the higher administrative authority of the aditya hotel to take their kind advice and take appropriate measures.

In... read more On the noon of 9.01.2015, I had invited some RIMS staff to Appetite Restaurant of Hotel Aditya  Near RIMS Ranchi. It was really a bad experience for us. In in fact, there was very poor service delivery and hospitality, that spoiled the total enjoyment for that I had spent my money. It appears that prime motto of staff and management of  Hotel Aditya and Appetite Restaurant was just to make money in anyway without delivering quality of service to their customer. It is difficult to believe that Hotel Aditya tag itself as three star and deliver so poor quality service. It totally disappointed me and my guests. Though the food was good but it seems that cooked previous day and served without heating up. Rest of food we were compelled to pack to get it back to our home. on the same evening the taste of food was stinking. I request the higher management authority of Aditya Hotel, to take its in their kind notice and take appropriate action.
