Complicated in the parking of this location depending on the direction you approach. As soon as you get in, it has a lot of seats. Fast food usually, but I think during the typical lunch hours they make many other calls in orders so that you may wait in a queue, although there is no one in the store with you View all feedback.

I guess if you like vegetables and pay $6.99, this is all salad they can save you from a quarter to 11:00 on Wednesday. I'd rather say they don't have enough salad for the Veggie. Very disappointing! View all feedback.

Delivery arrived incomplete and it took an additional hour to get the balance of the order. The unwich was made with rotten lettuce and was a sloppy inedible mess. Tried submitting a complaint through the website but received no response.
The only store within like 20 miles that closes early, seems a little weird. Especially since there's another 2 stores a within like 5 miles, but they won't deliver to Kankakee. And I see they say they look for places they can deliver to within 5 min... um I've had orders take half an hour consistently so what does 5 min have to do with anything?!?!?
The Vito does not come with mayo on it so I don’t know why it was added to my sandwich…..what’s worse is I’m allergic…..simple instructions that can’t be followed are deal breakers for me
